Let : कोई काम करने दो

वे आदेशात्मक वाक्य जिनमें किसी को कोई काम करने देने के लिए कहा जाए उनमें Let का प्रयोग होता है, जैसे – मुझे जाने दो, उसे कहने दो, उन्हें चिल्लाने दो।

Let + object + V₁

1. मुझे जाने दो।
   Let me go.

2. उसे कहने दो।
   Let him say.

3. उन्हें चिल्लाने दो।
   Let them shout.

4. मुझे मेरा होमवर्क करने दो।
   Let me do my homework.

5. मुझे बैठने दो।
   Let me sit there.

6. मुझे अपनी बात कहने दो।
   Let me clear my point.

7. मुझे अपने विचार प्रकट करने दो।
   Let me express my views.

8. मुझे उससे बात करने दो।
   Let me talk to him.

9. इन बच्चों को जाने दो।
   Let these children go.

10. हर किसी को आने दो।
    Let everyone come.

इसीलिए जिंदगी में कभी रुकें नहीं, हमेशा कुछ न कुछ करते रहें, सीखते रहें।

1. Let for permission → used when you allow someone to do something.

   • Example: Let her sing. Let me finish this work.

2. Difference between Imperatives and Let sentences

   • Imperative: Open the door.

   • Let sentence: Let him open the door.

3. Polite alternatives

   • Instead of “Let me go”, you can also say:

     • Allow me to go.

     • Permit me to go.

4. Daily Use Sentences with "Let":

   • Let’s go for a walk.

   • Let him speak first.

   • Let me check my phone.

   • Let the children play.
